Class Description: Our Boxing classes are high-energy, non-stop sessions that will leave you feeling relaxed, fitter, faster, and lighter! Sweat out the stress and get moving. We will teach you foot work, hand speed, punching technique, combinations, defense, countering, conditioning, and more. Don’t wait to get in shape.
