Coach Freddy is a professional boxer and Mixed Martial Artist. He will get you up to speed on the most fundamental techniques for western-style boxing, help you trim your waistline, and motivate you to push through every workout while inspiring your to become the best version of you possible.
Our Muay Thai Kick-boxing program is led by our coach, Chris Gray. Coach Gray is a life-long martial artist as well, having started in Karate as a child and continuing his journey in Muay Thai, BJJ, and Kick-boxing until now- over thirty years. His wealth of experience has given him a great eye for detail, and he is notorious for quickly turning the average person into a deadly striking machine. Utilizing elbows, knees, kicks, and punches, burn the fat off while learning some very effective self-defense skills!
Not only do we offer professional instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Self-defense, Wrestling, and Mixed Martial Arts, but we also offer fun and challenging group fitness classes and personal training.
